Eximia Health Ltd was founded in 2026 in Roche, mid-Cornwall, by Steven Harries, a nearly qualified mental health nurse with over twenty years of experience across the health sector. Steven’s career has spanned a wide range of services, including Accident & Emergency departments, CQC manager, frontline ambulance roles, and private ambulance services. This extensive background has provided him with a comprehensive understanding of patient needs across acute, emergency, mental health and community settings.
 
Through this experience, Steven developed a strong passion for adult social care, recognising the importance of delivering compassionate, consistent, and high-quality support within the community. Eximia Health Ltd was established to bring this passion to the local area, offering person-centred domiciliary care that empowers individuals to live independently while maintaining dignity, respect, and a high quality of life.
