Thank you for considering Eximia health, for what ever your medical, healthcare, domiciliary, event cover or training needs are. I have been in healthcare for 30 years now, starting off as a carer in a residential home and slowly progressing through nursing homes, community care, A&E, the ambulance service, event medical cover, CQC registered manager and then into mental health nursing. Still working on the bank for South west ambulance service and the  community mental health services. Over the years in my NHS carer I have many barriers to gold standard care. Here at Eximia Health we pride ourselves, I pride my-self on only treating staff and clients as I would have liked to be treated over the years. We encourage and support our staff to progress if they wish with-in our family company and onwards maximising their full potential. It is our goal for our staff to give clients every minute they are allocated and will treat every client, carer and family member with nothing but  professionalism, transparency,  empathy, dignity, compassion and person centred care.
