- **Real Living Wage Employer:** We believe our carers deserve a good quality of life, which is why we pay above the Real Living Wage.

- **Enhanced Pay Rates:** Our staff receive higher pay rates for weekend work, and additional enhancements for Bank Holidays and Christmas Day, unless it falls on a Bank Holiday. Qualified staff also receive increased hourly rates.

- **Paid Annual Leave:** We pay holiday leave separately from wages. You’re entitled to 28 days of pro-rata paid leave, calculated based on your average daily rate over the past year.

- **Long Service Rewards:** We celebrate our long-serving staff, some with over 20 years with us, with Christmas vouchers that increase with each year of service. Your commitment is acknowledged and celebrated on our social media platforms.

- **Paid Travel Time:** We compensate your travel time at your regular hourly rate, unlike some providers who only pay minimum wage.

- **Mileage Compensation:** You’ll receive 40p per mile for travel between calls, paid separately as non-taxable income on your pay slip.

- **24/7 Wellbeing Support:** We understand the emotional strain of care work. Our Employee Assistance Programme offers free counseling and support around the clock for any issues affecting your life.

- **Fully Paid Induction:** We ensure you’re well-prepared before starting. You’ll be paid for your induction training after completing three months with us.

- **Ethical Pension Scheme:** We partner with NEST, allowing carers the option to invest in an Ethical Pension.

- **Free Blue Light Card:** Our carers are eligible for The Blue Light Card, which provides numerous retail and holiday discounts, fully funded by Eximia Health.
